Each therapist at Licensed Psychology Associates, LLC discloses their fees in their informed consent documentation so you will know their fees before you start therapy. All of the therapists accept the fees that are negotiated by the insurance companies they work with. Contact Danielle as needed to inquire about private-pay rates for your therapist. Insurance
LPA therapists accept most major insurance plans. If your therapist is contracted with your insurance company, they will accept the fees negotiated and submit claims on your behalf. If you use insurance to pay for therapy, you will be responsible for copays, coinsurance, and deductibles as these apply to your plan. Contact your insurance company to confirm your mental health benefits.
Cancelation Fee
Each therapist sets their own fees for cancelations within 24 or 48 hours of a scheduled appointment. These fees are set forth in informed consent documentation provided prior to the start of therapy. Clients can easily schedule and reschedule sessions 24/7 through their personal client portal in therapyappointment.com.
Pay your Bill
Clients may view their accounts and in some cases may make payments online. Dr. Kline does not accept credit cards, so you will need to mail a check for telehealth or use an alternate payment method if you are working with Judatha.
